Terms and Conditions of the Promotion
BLACK FRIDAY 2024
- Promotion Period: The promotion is valid from 12:00 AM on 11/29/2024 to 12:00 AM on 12/01/2024, or until stocks last.
- Discount Application:
- The 50% discount applies exclusively to purchases of 2 or more products included in the promotion.
- For purchases of a single product, a 30% discount will be applied.
- Return Policy:
- For partial returns (one or more items), the refund will be recalculated based on the 30% discount applicable to products not included in the combined promotion.
- For full returns (all items), the total amount paid will be refunded. Example: If you purchase 2 products at €100 each, the total price will be €100 with the 50% discount. If you return one product, the refund will be calculated considering the original 30% discount, i.e., €70. The remaining product will then be considered purchased with the 30% discount.
- Exceptions and Limitations:
- The 50% discount cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions.
- The promotion is valid only for purchases made during the promotional period and does not apply to previous orders.
- Returned products must be in their original condition, with intact labels and packaging, as specified in our general return policy.
- Defective or Non-Conforming Products: In the case of defective or non-conforming products, consumer rights under the Consumer Code remain valid. In such cases, the full refund for the defective product will be issued, regardless of the discount applied.
